[:es]A las 18:00 daba comienzo la prueba CSI5* + CSI2*, Trofeo 6 Barras Mutua Madrileña. La prueba, una de las más impresionantes del evento, consta de un pequeño número de obstáculos que los jinetes tienen que conseguir saltar sin faltas. Las mangas se van sucediendo de forma rápida, mientras el número de participantes disminuye progresivamente a medida que se van subiendo los obstáculos.
El recorrido comenzaba con una altura de 160 cm, en donde 7 de los 12 jinetes han sido capaces de colarse en la primera eliminatoria, en la que se han descolgado el jinete vasco Kevin González de Zárate con Urbain des Grezils, y uno de los favoritos de esta prueba, Marcus Ehning. Tras la caída del alemán, todas las miradas estaban puestas en el italiano Luca María Moneta y el francés, Aldrick Cheronnet.
La segunda eliminatoria tenía una altura máxima de 180 cm, y sorprendentemente los 5 jinetes restantes de la prueba han conseguido mantenerse para pasar a la tercera.
Finalmente, Luca María Moneta y su joven caballo tordo, Viking du Bary han conseguido poner a las gradas en pie al ser el único capaz de no derribar el último obstáculo, con una altura de 190 cm, siendo este el tercer año consecutivo que el italiano se hace con la victoria en esta prueba. A las puertas se quedaron Julio Álvarez Moya, Aldrick Cheronnet, la noruega Victoria Gulliksen y el ucraniano Ferenc Szentirmal.
Cabe destacar la actuación de Victoria Gulliksen y Ballenteskin Watch Thi, binomio ganador del CSI5*-W Jump & Drive, Trofeo Mitsubishi, los cuales han sido un grato descubrimiento para los seguidores del mundo de la hípica que han asistido a la quinta edición de Madrid Horse Week.[:en]At 18:00, the CSI5 * + CSI2*, 6 BarS Mutua Madrileña Trophy began. After the German was eliminated, all eyes were set on the Italian, Luca Maria Moneta and the Frenchman, Aldrick Cheronnet.
The second qualifying round had a maximum height of 180 cm, and surprisingly, the remaining 5 riders of the class managed to hold on to the third one.
Finally, Luca María Moneta and his young horse, Viking du Bary, managed to put the stands on their feet, being the only ones capable of not knocking down the last obstacle, with a height of 190 cm.
